The saints will march, row, bow, pluck on, riding high ( - if un poco sea-sick ) in their crazy curragh up near Greenland . Quasi incredible , their oceanic fugue.

Great Frank!
Shouldn't that ( - if un poco sea-sick ) be 'quasi-queasy', though?

I'm glad that there is a recording of this! I was there at its premiere 17 years ago (was it that long ago already??) as a quiet 19-year-old disciple of James Liddy, and I was better known as "Dave's brother Mark" at that time (or: unknown at all).

I remember the intensity of both yourself as well as that of Pavel Burda. I was unaware of all that was going on in your life at that time. The quote, "All that we saw was his shadow under his shield" meant a lot to me at the time, and it still stays with me to this day, along with the music that helped shape that phrase.

Hello,
I'm a postgraduate choral conducting student at the Royal Academy of Music in London. I would very much like to know more about the piece for SATB and solo violin, 9 aspects on an Irish poem - might there be a way of seeing a sample copy of the score please? Has it been recorded?
Many thanks.

Dear Mr. Corcoran,
my aunt liked your two-hour "Höranalyse" very much. My question is, if it is possible to get the contents of it in any way, so that she can see or read it again.
Kind regards
